Wonderful experience with extremely welcoming and attentive staff. Rooms were very high tech services and easy to use. Room service prompt and food excellent. You should stay here while in Madrid. Even live music in lobby.

Majority of the service staff were great . We met some Fantastic and Professional staff members like Andrea, Sofi, Destiny , Vincent , lady at the Hard Rock shop and older male custodian who set up the bed/room for us at check in .Thanks for Front Desk assistance with Booking.com transportation claim regarding the Taxi pick up to and from airport . The credit was processed and finalized successfully ! Lucie at Booking.com worked with your staff very well and ensured the credits were processed. Room was very accommodating and comfortable . Please keep up your warm smiles and willingness to assist at all times regardless of the situation!! Excellent Location & Festive Atmosphere in Madrid ! Close to everything !!!!

We chose this hotel as it's a very easy walk from the train station, even with suitcases. We arrived too early but were very pleased when told we could check in to our room if we waited a little so enjoyed a coffee along the street. The staff were all very nice, Alberto greeted us & took our cases and brought us water as it was so very hot outside. The room was excellent. The sink is in the bedroom, which at first seemed odd, but actually, it's so practical. The toilet is separate from the huge walk-in shower, and it is very good when both get ready to go out! The bed was super comfy, with great pillow choices, a strong hairdryer, and a couple of English showing TV channels. The Lavazza coffee machine was also excellent. Coffee tasted great! Breakfast was a good buffet hot & cold selection, and the happy Samuel took our order each day for eggs made to order. The pool was refreshing, and cabanas and loungers were plenty for all and nicely laid out in the garden, which doesn't have a great view but not critical. There is a pool bar, slightly pricey but useful. A nice pool attendant helps you with towels and ensures everyone showers, but it's not a deep pool, so no diving, just gentle swim and dipping. RT600 roof top bar was nice in the evening, but we missed the entertainment. Again more pricey than local bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the staff were great, looked after our bags on our last day and I would recommend a stay here :)
